Proposed Development

The proposed development offers an ideal opportunity to deliver a high-quality, attractive and well-integrated new development, which forms a natural and logical extension to Wombourne and the safeguarded land currently proposed for draft allocation.

At this stage of the design process, St Philips’ proposals would deliver 38 dwellings, of which 45% would be affordable, comprising a range of types and sizes, together with open space, supporting infrastructure, sustainable urban drainage systems and biodiversity enhancements. The currently proposed layout is shown below.

The retention of existing landscape features where possible, alongside the provision of new planting, to create landscape buffers along the edges of the site, along with a network of connected open spaces within the site.
